OBSERVED STANDING WATER IN THE OPENINGS OF THE FLOOR TILES IN THE MENTIONED AREAS. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR DAMAGED FLOOR TILES AND REGROUT ALL MENTIONED FLOORS AND WERE ELSE IS NEEDED AND MAINTAIN.
